Information we use
When you sign in or order, we use your Google profile name and email, phone number, delivery address, order items and status. If you choose “Use my location,” coordinates are used to help fill your address and are saved only with the order you submit.
Why we use it
We use this information to create, deliver, support and display your orders. Google sign-in and order data are handled through Firebase. We do not collect online payment details because current orders are Cash on Delivery.
Sharing and retention
We share order details only with service providers needed to fulfil or deliver an order, or when legally required. PIN codes and coordinates are sent to address-lookup providers only when you use those helpers. We keep records only as long as needed for support, compliance and business operations.
Your choices
Location permission is optional. You may type your address instead. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Upcoming AI features will provide separate notice and consent before face analysis.
